Review: The Earl of London by Louise Bay

The Earl of LondonThe Earl of London by Louise Bay

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Logan Steele you are a hottie, BUT, Darcy Westbury, I want to be you when I grow up!!!!

The one thing I’ve noticed I write in my reviews on Louise’s books are how strong her heroines are, and Darcy is no country bumpkin, she is probably the most raw, independent and strong willed out of all Louise’s books. She is delightful, witty, naughty, down to earth and just fabulous.

To compliment Darcy’s strength, was equally matched Logan. He know’s his way a boardroom as much as a bedroom, and he was pure alpha and super sexy, but had an underlying vunerable side that peaked out when he was alone with Darcy.

I tototally feel in love with the village of Woolton, and loved everything about the country and rural setting. I wanted to don on my Barbour jacket and Hunter wellies and walk my boarders. It was nice and refreshing to read a book not set in a big city.

The side characters also shone through in The Earl of London, we saw a few familair faces pop up but Grandmother Steele and Aurora were fantastic, I’m hoping Aurora gets to land her own titled hottie, Viscount of Vancouver……

Review: Dominate by Amy Daws

Dominate (Harris Brothers, #5)Dominate by Amy Daws

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Amy shoots and scores…

There’s one brother we all wanted more from in the Harris series, he was in the background, brooding, moody, aloof, he was a mystery and a turn on, and finally this fortnight he got his turn in the spotlight, not once but twice, Surrender and Dominate are both EVERYTHING (even though I begged for a different direction for Gareth, and you wasn’t sold on my idea of “Pressure” 😂). Gareth is raw, to others he’s impenetrable, but he’s vulnerable, a lost soul, a protector but needs protecting himself, and there was no better or stronger woman then the amazing Sloan to take on the challenge (excuse the pun). These two books are a little different from the sexy witty humour of Challenge, Enduranceand Keeper, they are sexy, sultry and raw, and a more than worthy of every 5 star they earn.

The man in this picture is not your typical cover model, but if you’ve already read Dominate, you will be familiar with the character Gary Austin, England’s Football Manager, well this man is my dad and ex footballer/manager Gary Austin 💙
